Every journey begins with intention. Whether you’re joining virtually or in person, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details you’ll need. Each session is curated with care, and you’re encouraged to bring water, a journal, and a quiet, comfortable space, especially if you are joining online.

  • Book Your Session When you schedule your time, you may be asked to complete a short intake form so I can tailor the experience to you.
  • Prepare to Receive Once you book, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your secure Telehealth link through the client portal. You’ll also get an automated reminder before your session with tips on how to prepare your space and arrive grounded, supported, and ready to receive.

Energetic Exchange & Boundaries

Your time, energy, and healing are sacred, and so is mine.

In honoring this mutual exchange, I ask that sessions are booked with intention and entered into with presence.

Payment is collected automatically through your client portal at the time of each session. This ensures your space is held fully and allows us to focus our energy on the work together.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled session are non-refundable. If you are navigating an emergency, please reach out directly. Grace will always be held where it is truly needed.

Package sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise discussed. Rescheduling is available with at least 24 hours’ notice.

This space is rooted in mutual respect, clear communication, and energetic integrity. Thank you for honoring it with me.
